„Toll für Familie and Friends !
Das Personal ! Die Möglichkeit die anderen Hotel Angebote zu nutzen und die verschiedenen Restaurants! Sehr schön !besonders der raucherbereich mit Blick aufs Meer und sitzmöglichkeiten !
Ein bisschen Chaos wegen dem Zimmer aber uns wurde sehr geholfen und alle waren sehr freundlich .

Hervorragend
Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Hotel war immer sehr sauber. Der Strand ist anfangs Februar einfah traumhaft. Der Zugang zum Schwesternhotel ist inklusive und ergänzt das Angebot des GR Caribe perfekt. Vom Empfang über den Service bis zur Animation: Das Personal gibt 100% für ihre Gäste. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Wer ein topmodernes Luxushotel erwartet ist hier falsch aber für die Hotelzone Cancun ist Preis-Leistung definitiv in Ordnung.

Die Aufzüge waren während des ganzen Urlaubs außer Betrieb und die Kartenschlüsse mussten fast täglich reaktiviert werden, das Hotel sah auch alt aus.

„Personal Ausgezeichnet, aber das Hotel definitiv höchstens 3 Sterne wert und daher viel zu viel bezahlt
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Update in das neuerbaute Hotel wie auch Upgrade des Zimmers war kostenlos. Die Animation tagsüber war sehr unterhaltsam und das Animationsteam sehr nett. Das Barpersonal besonders, Javier, war immer zuvorkommend und nett. Der Service an der Bar am Pool war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber auch das Personal im Rosmarinos Restaurant war sehr nett und sehr professionell. Leider das Essen dafür gar nicht gut. Auch im Marco Polo Restaurant wie auch im Veneto war wünschenswert.
Abends Animation war miserabel, da das Hotel eher auf einheimische und die älteren Gäste eingegangen ist. Die meisten Gäste von der mexikanischen Musik genervt waren und eher aufs Zimmer gingen. Das Essen war wünschenswert und nicht wechselhaft. Es hatte mit mexikanischer Küche nichts zu tun und es ist auf jeden Fall kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Weder von der Auswahl der Küche, noch vom Hotel her. Es wurden Malertätigkeiten der Aussenfassade während des Aufenthaltes auf der älteren Hotelseite durchgeführt und Bereiche somit abgesperrt.
